版画家・柳本 史は、ぬくもりとひだまりを記憶の中から拾いあつめて暮らす作家である。

さらに、作家のアトリエや日常風景を写真家・清水はるみが収めたスナップショットや、自身による散文一編を添えた付録および詳細な作品リストを巻末に収録。
小部数でひっそりと作品集を発行してきた柳本 史はこれまで〝知る人ぞ知る〟版画作家だったが、個展では作品が常に完売。昨年あたりからInstagramを中心にその作風が世界中に拡散され、国内外を問わずフォロワー数が６万人に届く勢い。こうした流れも受け、今回の版画集では作品名に英語を併記。ささやかな記憶とぬくもりの断片が、かなしみにあふれるこの世界を少しづつ温めてくれることを祈って綴じられた一冊となっている。＜未明編集室＞

＜Since When Do I Doze Off? ＞

Printmaker Fumi Yanagimoto is an artist who lives her life by collecting warmth and sunny spot from her memories.
Although in reality she sometimes drowses, her gaze in the memory world is extremely awakening.
This book is a collection of 114 small prints that she carved and printed every day, as if sketching, in parallel with her life with her family and animals.
The opening picture features seven works framed in antique frames, which are essential for discussing Yanagimoto's works.
In addition, photographer Harumi Shimizu's snapshots of the artist's atelier and daily scenes are included, as well as an appendix with a piece of her own prose, and a detailed list of works at the end of the book.
Fumi Yanagimoto, who has quietly published collections of her works in small numbers, has until now been a printmaker known only to those in the know, but her works always sell out at her solo exhibitions. Since around last year, her prints has been spreading around the world, mainly on Instagram, and the number of followers has reached 60,000 both domestically and internationally. In response to this trend, in this collection of prints, the names of her works are written in English as well as Japanese. 大阪府 藤井寺市に生まれる。武蔵野美術大学大学院　彫刻コース卒業。小学生の時に毎日描き綴った観察日記が、絵を楽しむきっかけとなり今も尚、愛するものをもっと知りたくて絵を描く。作品集に『ひなたのにおい』（目の眼）2020、『だっこだっこ』（私家版）、『UTOUTO 柳本 史 版画集』2024（未明編集室）、著書に『雨犬』『銀座』（外間隆史 文／未明編集室）がある。東京郊外に家族・犬3匹・猫1匹・アヒル2羽・カメ1匹と共に暮らす。
